This is another family favorite. Super easy in crock pot. I cut most of the fat off first. Cut meat to fit. Put in extra onions and pour sauce over it. You can even crock pot it overnight, on low. It shreds itself. I grate carrots into the beef shreds and reheat. Serve on light, whole wheat hamburger buns with sharp cheddar cheese over meat.
