“Life Comes With Storms”

Sea of Galilee: Matthew 14: 22-36

Unknown “The wind was contrary.”
“The Disciples fought this storm for NINE cold, skin-drenching hours.”
At about four o’clock in the morning, they spot “a ghost.”
“They did not expect Jesus to come to them this way. Neither do we. . . “

“It is in storms He does His finest work.”
Invitation. . . Translated from Greek. . . “Courage. . .I Am. . .Don’t Be Afraid.”
Jesus is not merely announcing His Identity;
“It’s a claim of Divinity!”

For a few heart-stilling moments, Peter walked on the water to Jesus. But when Peter saw the wind, he began to sink.

“If you give your storm waters more attention than your Storm Walker,  you’re gonna sink too.”

Feed your Faith and your fears will starve.
